SHIPPING
1. Do you ship overseas?
We don’t currently offer international shipping but stay tuned as we plan to in the future.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
Standard shipping for domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days! We also have options for Expediting Shipping (2-4 business days) and Overnight shipping upon checkout!
International orders will arrive within 7-10 business days!
All orders placed before 12pm EST will ship out the same day, any order placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day! business days to arrive.
Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but please note that all items are non-refundable. However, if something does not fit or is not absolutely perfect please refer to our Returns & Refunds page!
2. Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed it can not be canceled. As soon as you click “Pay now” at check out your order is sent to our distribution center and they begin picking and packing it right away!
3. Can I exchange my product?
Yes! We offer exchanges for items within 20 days of purchase. Contact us at letstalk@iloveplum.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours to help with the exchange process!
SIZING
1. How do your sizes run?
All of our styles run true to size however if you are between sizes we suggest sizing up!
2. Do you have a size chart?
Yes, we do! Please click over to our size guide for more information!
3. What if my child is in between sizes?
If your little one is in between sizes, we always recommend sizing up!
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. How do I care for my tutu?
All of our tutus are machine washable! We suggest washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging up to dry! If your tutu wrinkles you can use a steamer or an iron on low heat to remove wrinkles!
PRE-ORDERS
1. How do I know when my pre-order has shipped?
Your pre-order will between the ship window stated when your order was placed, once shipped you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information!
2. Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
Yes, you can order in-stock and pre-order items together however, your entire order will ship together once your pre-order item becomes available. To ensure delivery of your in-stock item we always suggest placing two separate orders!
