I was trying to take off the zipper and it broke but they sent me a replacement at no extra cost. Now everything’s great! And the poppy covers are pretty coal color :)

My kids love the kozy couch and have so much fun playing with it. Had an issue with the zipper and customer service was amazing and sent a replacement right away without any hassle! Will recommend to everyone!

We do love our couches-we have two. My girls (3 and 15 months) absolutely love jumping, lounging, building and sliding. But there are so many loose strings coming off. I hope the cover holds up because everyday there’s more and more strings coming out. We only have had it 2 months so I feel like it’s deteriorating quickly for the price.
Edited to add- after this review, customer service reached out to me and quickly helped me with my problem. A company that goes above and beyond to ensure customer happiness is rare now and very appreciated!
